Where Leaders Come Home to Themselves
Not therapy. Not coaching. Accompaniment.
For those ready to lead without leaving themselves behind.
I know this terrain intimately.
For decades, I led organizations, supported families, guided teams, and held complex responsibilities with steady presence.
Inside, it came at a quiet cost.
Somewhere along the way of doing everything for everyone, I disappeared from my own life. Not dramatically. Gradually. In ways that don't announce themselves until they can no longer be ignored.
What I had mastered — resilience, responsibility, caregiving, achievement — had come at the expense of something essential. And yet, beneath all of it, something in me still knew who I was. That small, steady ember brought me home. It's also what brings my clients home.
Today, I walk alongside people at these exact moments — when success no longer satisfies, when identity shifts, when the old ways stop working and something truer asks to emerge.
I offer:
Presence at the threshold
Deep listening in the disorientation
Clear reflection for what’s emerging
This is not traditional coaching or consulting.
It's a return — to the self you set aside in order to survive, succeed, lead, or care for others.
Two pathways. Both lead home.

For leaders who have achieved everything
and long to return to themselves.
For seasons of transitions
Whole-Being Transitions™
For the one standing in a season of profound change — when life asks more of you, and something truer begins to take shape.
Meet Jane Farnham
The most capable people are often the last to notice how much they’ve been holding.
For decades, I have led, advised, and walked alongside people in seasons of profound responsibility and change. Like many high-capacity leaders, I know how easily parts of yourself can quietly slip away in service of what others need.
This work is a return.
A steady space to hear yourself again, reclaim what has been set aside, and move forward with clarity, integrity, and presence.
I don’t offer fixes or formulas.
I offer accompaniment, reflection, and guidance at the thresholds that shape a life.
A quiet place to remember who you are, why you’re here, and how you want to live — from a place of wholeness.
